Tutela Technologies, referred to in The Register, examined speed and latency tests from 1 March to 31 August 2020. EE (owned by BT) won overall and ranked top in median download speed, upload speed and overall coverage. EE also won the "Excellent Consistent Quality" category.

Other Network Results
Vodafone scored top in "Core Consistent Quality". O2 came second and Three last, however upload speeds on the Three network were ahead of O2, but behind Vodafone and EE. However Three's performance is partly down to more time spend on 3G and fewer sites with 5G, than competitors.
